First, Tim (the owner) got back to me less than 30 minutes after I submitted the inquiry on their website, which I really appreciated. He quoted a reasonable price (with a military discount!) and was able to get the job completed just a couple of days later. All in all, it was a timely, competent, and professional job done at a reasonable price. And, best of all, our house is already maintaining a cooler temperature by a few degrees.
